The Katronis Real Estate Team in the Community May 2019

Cloverdale is a terrific place to live and work. Cloverdale is well known for it’s small town lure with many of its heritage buildings still remaining downtown today. You can have a cup of coffee in the Boothroyd Heritage Coffee Shop or walk through the corn maze at the Bose Family Farm. Cloverdale is rich in history and has embraced its heritage and combined it with modern amenities and development to create the perfect place to raise a family. Cloverdale is well known for its sense of community with events and gatherings happening year-round. Being a proud member of the Cloverdale community, the Katronis team loves to participate in community events as much as possible. We have two of our very own community events happening this May as well as participation in the Clayton Community Festival, find out the details below.

The Katronis Original Community Garage Sales – Provinceton & West Cloverdale

Spring is in the air…and garage sale season is fast approaching. The Katronis Real Estate Team is a proud member of the community and pleased to present the 8th Annual Original Provinceton Garage Sale and the 17th Annual Original West Cloverdale Garage Sale.

It’s a community tradition with multiple homes participating. We know how difficult it can be to find and sell quality used goods. Like most people you probably have items stored in your attic, basement, garage and closets that you never use or even forgot you had.  Garage sales give you the chance to clear space in your home and make some money at the same time. We hope that this event will help everybody in the community with their spring cleaning and help others find fantastic deals on quality used items.

See you there!

With a big stage & new location off 176th on 62 ave, they’ve partnering with the Cloverdale Rodeo to bring you some of the most exciting and unique Food Trucks around.

After the food truck festival, you can stroll down the street for some more local flavour at the Cloverdale Market Days kick off.

Located in Historic Downtown Cloverdale and in it’s 6th year, Cloverdale Market Days events run five times each year and are attended by thousands of locals and tourists.

This year, market days will be held on May 25th, June 22nd, July 27th, August 24th and September 21st.

From it’s humble beginnings in 2014 with a small number of vendors and businesses at the first event, Cloverdale Market Days has become a large exciting market with vendors coming from all over Cloverdale and the surrounding communities.

They are a great opportunity to meet your neighbours, see showcased local artists, enjoy outdoor entertainment, taste great food from our local restaurants, and discover new local businesses in our vibrant community.

In 2019, they will have displays from the Arts Council Of Surrey, more family activities, and closing of the roads on 176th street from 56A to 58 Ave to accommodate more vendors, activities, and food trucks.

Keep informed with the Katronis monthly newsletter. Direct and concise, this detail-oriented newsletter will make sure you are the first to know about changes in the market. We will never send you additional, unwanted emails.
