This is extremely beneficial to individuals who have not been through the home purchasing experience as there can be a lot of unknowns the first time around. She also understands the importance of due diligence when it comes to reviewing strata documents, and having in-depth and up-to-date knowledge of the strata market.
In the beginning of her career, she worked in a role which required problem-solving and negotiation for clients. She won multiple awards and acknowledgements from the organization for her efforts, success and positive client feedback. Ultimately, this built the foundation for providing excellent customer service and understanding her clients needs. She has also had the opportunity to broaden her horizons by working internationally. While the experience and cultural exposure she gained was irreplaceable, there was something that always brought her back home to White Rock.
Aside from her professional life, from a young age, the love of cooking was instilled in Christine. She spent an endless amount of time in her grandmother’s kitchen helping make a variety of savory dishes from her Italian heritage. She loves hosting dinners for family and friends. When she isn’t in the kitchen, she is paddling boarding, hiking and exploring the outdoors of beautiful British Columbia.
