OPEN HOUSE

An open house is an optional service we offer, on your terms. Not everyone likes them, but an open house can be an important part of marketing your home. Instead of having 10 showings at different times throughout a week, we arrange for buyers to visit your home during a two-hour period, so you only have to prepare your house once!

We understand that price is important to you. Your listing price directly affects how many buyers will consider your property. Depending on the type and size of your home, we offer a range of photo packages that include accurate square footage measurements, floor plans, 360 Virtual Tours, 3D Walk-Thru Tours, and Drone Footage.

ONLINE MARKETING

Our dedicated marketing department is on top of the latest digital trends. They monitor your listing on the MLS®, www.Realtor.ca, www.katronisrealestate.com, and hundreds of other websites. Additionally, your listing will be featured in our electronic e-Newsletter which is sent monthly to a database of over 8,000 prospects. We also use strategically targeted Facebook ads and have a strong following on social media.

RADIO

We drive traffic to the featured listings on our website through advertising on the radio station Praise (106.5 FM), which has a listening base of 200,000+ listeners in Vancouver and the Fraser Valley. Never underestimating the value of good advertising on established channels, we also promote our website on the Praise Facebook page, which has 90,000+ followers.

For showings and open houses, our graphic designer creates tasteful booklets for potential home buyers to take home with them. These booklets incorporate our professional photography, floor plans and accurate square footage measurements.

WEATHER-RESISTANT SIGNAGE

Quintessentially, the yard-for-sale sign is a key component when selling your home. A Katronis Real Estate “for sale” sign will be professionally installed in front of your home to withstand the weather. In addition, we strategically place pointer signs in your neighbourhood to alert potential home buyers that your home is on the market.
