Nick Bajwa

Nick was born in the Philippines, he moved several times to different countries throughout his life which gave him an understanding of new culture and languages. While attending strict boarding school’s in India, Nick knew nothing other than a conscientious work ethic, positivity and striving for eminent goals.

At a young age, Nick immigrated to Canada. In 2011, Nick witnessed the real estate industry boom in the Fraser Valley and Metro Vancouver, he was intrigued by this and pursued further education in real estate. Nick gained firsthand experience with helping people buy and sell their homes through internships.

With Nick’s diverse background of culture and being fluent in English, Punjabi, Hindi, and Tagalog, Nick feels a sense of ease in understanding people and their needs. He loves assisting his clients search to find their new home and everything in between. Nick’s favorite part of being a Realtor is when he is dealing with clients who are transitioning towards the next chapter in their lives and finding their forever homes. Nick provides his clients with all the information they need on properties that they are interested in, to guide them in the right direction to make the best decision possible. The most satisfying part of being a realtor for Nick is to make the buying and selling process as effortless and enjoyable as possible.
